Yes, provided the structure is classified as a temporary or demountable construction in accordance with applicable law. Our structures have no fixed foundation, are relocatable, and do not permanently alter the land. In certain locations (public spaces, protected areas), we take care of reviewing and clarifying everything related to siting the structure for your location, before any commitment.

Building, siting, and operating permits are not required for the modular structure. All that remains is bringing your activity into compliance with the standards common to any business — DSP (sanitary), DSV (sanitary-veterinary), ISU (fire safety), and ANAF (tax). We provide you with a clear list of required documents before signing the contract.

Yes — it's one of the main advantages. Our team can dismantle and reinstall it at a new location for a cost agreed in advance. Some clients have moved their structures 2–3 times over a few years.

The standard timeline is 30 days from signing the contract and paying the deposit, for in-stock or semi-custom configurations. For fully custom structures, 45–60 days. The exact timeline is stated in the contract.
